For more than 30 years now Andrew has specialised in all aspects of office agency, investment and development work.

Andrew enjoys the variety of acting on behalf of both Landlords and tenants so his daily work involves both acquisitions and disposals for Corporate and Private Landlords and large and small tenants. By doing so he critically understands the needs and demands of both sides.

He is also regularly involved in giving strategic advice and at all times prides himself on providing the highest level of personal service to all clients which has helped maintain many of these companies’ clients’ continued business for over 30 years.

Andrew’s interests include having a season ticket at Arsenal which from time to time cause conflicts in the office as two of his colleagues support Spurs!

Otherwise, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.

Raymond Good was a founding partner of Braham Good and, following his retirement from the partnership, remains an active consultant, and with the benefit of more than 45 years’ experience, continues to provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial property.

A particular expertise relates to Landlord and Tenant matters where Raymond advises owners and occupiers on rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as other related issues, such as break options and potential relocation.

Raymond has a wide range of long standing clients, both corporate and private, including several family property companies, many of whom have been clients of the firm for a considerable number of years.

When not playing golf, bridge, travelling and helping with his grandchildren, Raymond is more than happy to offer the benefit of his advice and to undertake, often difficult negotiations, in order to obtain a good result for his clients.
